  Inner Strength Pilates definitely offers the most superior pilates and barre classes around Adelaide. I had tried several different studios that I was disappointed with before finding Inner Strength. I have now been a client of the studio for over 2 years and have not looked back! The skilled team of instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about their clients. Pilates has helped be overcome several injuries and barre classes offer a work out that keeps me fit and toned. If you're looking to try pilates you can't go past Inner Strength.
